A total of 18 premium ingredients includes Australian sea cucumber, 33-head South African dried abalone, black sea moss, goose web, shiitake mushroom, whole dried scallop, tea-smoked local chicken, roasted goose, tiger prawn with shrimp roe, bean curd sheet roll with mud carp fish, pork tendon, bamboo fungus, fish maw, pomelo peel, radish, bean curd sheet cake, Chinese cabbage and shrimp mousse stuffed in morel mushroom. Enjoy the Poon Choi along with the rich and umami homemade braised abalone sauce to elevate the temptation.

All delicacies are served in a reusable cast iron pot.
