  • The eShop items are available for purchase through JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong eShop only.
  • QR code must be presented upon redemption, and will be invalid and not replaceable if lost, defaced or damaged.
  • All eShop items purchased are nonrefundable; cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services; and cannot be reused and resold. No reissue and no cancellation allowed.
  • EShop items purchased cannot be used for resale, or other commercial activities without the written consent of JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.
  • All eShop promotion items cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional privileges, including but not limited to Marriott Bonvoy™ benefits, Club Marriott membership benefits, discounted items, credit card discounts, gift certificates, gift cards, e-gift cards, vouchers, promotional menus, room service, banquets, events and meetings.
  • The Dine and Earn programme of Marriott Bonvoy™ points is not applicable to all eShop items.
  • All vouchers can be used once only, any unredeemed portion of the voucher will be forfeited upon checkout.
  • All eShop items purchased must be redeemed on the date, time, and venue selected. Any unredeemed vouchers will be invalid after the expiration date and cannot be extended.
  • All reservations are subject to availability. Once the purchase is made, the reservation will not be adjusted or extended.
  • Please be advised that we observe a smart casual dress code at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant. No beach sandals, open toe shoes, sleeveless shirts and shorts for all gentlemen.
  • Please contact the restaurant by phone or email directly for delivery arrangement. 
  • Delivery Service Fee: Hong Kong Island: HK$250 per address per item; Kowloon: HK$350 per address per item; New Territories (except Island District area such as Ma Wan, Hong Kong Airport and Lantau Island): HK$450 per address per item. The fees are subject to change according to different circumstances. Delivery service not applicable to outlying islands and overseas. 
  • Only one delivery address can be applied to each transaction.
  • In Hong Kong, it is illegal to sell alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years. Similar restrictions apply in other jurisdictions. By placing an order with JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, the Customer confirms and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years old. At the time of the dining experience, we may request proof of age from the person accepting the order.

  • Reservation date and time of massage treatment can only be changed once. Changes must be made 2 hours prior to the scheduled booking and is subject to availability. An additional late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged separately for changes made less than 2 hours before the scheduled booking. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the price of the service will be charged.
  • Kindly advise JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong of any special health condition, pregnant, allergies or injuries, which could affect your service when making your massage reservation. Please consult your doctor prior using the heat and water facilities. JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong is not responsible for any adverse effect which may arise from any treatment.
  • Fitness Centre is only open to guests aged 18 or above. Children under age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool. A proof of identity for age verification may be required.
  • Hotel operating hours for restaurants, fitness centre, and swimming pool are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Blackout dates may apply for all eShop items (unless otherwise specified) including but not limited to dining, cakes and pastries, takeaway, and wellness vouchers. Blackout dates include all festive days and eves, Mother's Day and Public Holidays.
  • During the transaction, you may receive a payment authorization SMS from your credit card carrier or bank, this does not mean that the transaction has been processed, if the transaction is successful, the payer will receive a confirmation email for validation.
