Terms & Conditions

• The membership holder is entitled to access to Fitness Centre on Lower Ground (LG) Level and the swimming pool on Level 7 at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.
• The membership is valid for consecutive 30 days since the redemption date.
• Redemption should be done at the Fitness Centre within 90 days after purchase and QR code must be presented upon redemption.
• Fitness Centre is only open to guests aged 18 or above, and children under age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool. A proof of identity for age verification may be required.
• Guests are required to fulfil the most updated guidelines of the HKSAR Government to access to the facilities.
• Operating hours of the swimming pool are subject to change based on the weather condition. 
• The membership cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts or gift cards or e-gift cards of Marriott.
• All photos are for reference only.
• Should any disputes arise, the decision of JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong shall be final.
