Terms & Conditions

• The voucher is entitled to the designated service at Fitness Centre on Lower Ground (LG) Level at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.
• The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. The voucher will be forfeited once expired and will not be extended.
• Advance reservation is required and subject to availability. Please call +852.2841.3754 or email mhrs.hkgdt.fitness.centre@marriotthotels.com for reservations.
• QR code must be presented upon redemption.
• Reservation date and time can only be changed once. Changes must be made 2 hours prior to the scheduled booking and is subject to availability. An additional late cancellation fee of $200 will be charged for changes made less than 2 hours before the scheduled booking. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the price of the service will be charged.
• Fitness Centre is only open to guests aged 18 or above. A proof of identity for age verification may be required.
• Guests are required to fulfil the most updated guidelines of the HKSAR Government to access to the facilities.
• Operating hours of the facilities are subject to change based on hotel operations.
• The pass cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Any unredeemed offers will be forfeited.
• The pass is invalid if found defaced or altered, and will not be replaced in case of loss, theft or damage.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts or gift cards or e-gift cards of Marriott.
